How to use Bayrich conveyor belt cutting /slitting machine

1.Connect the air pipe with pressure and power,turn on the power

2.Insert the conveyor belt into the cutting/slitting machine through two rollers.

3.Aligh the belt edge with left reference block

4.Fix the right reference block.

(Fix the 4pcs blocking block is the most important,Avoid running deviations)

5.Open the air valve to hold the belt by rubber roller.

6.Measure and adjust the blade according to the request belt width

7.Put the blade down and fix by the screw according to your request belt width

8.Turn on the power

9.Start the work by speed controller.

★Importance:

Use the low speed first to check if the belt runs good or not (running Deviation),If good,then Speed up.

Otherwise,you need adjust the 4pcs blocking blocks again.

10.When you got enough length,stop running,Cut the beginning by ruler and knife,then go on.(Better)

11.When you find that there is a deviation in the operation,you can use the small valve switch to fine-tune.

12.Check the conveyor belt cutting quality.
