How To Use Bayrich PU PVC Water-cooled Hot Press Joint Machine

Installation instructions for Bayrich hot pressing joint machine:

1. Place the pu pvc water cooled press machine horizontally on a rack and secure it. Hang the temperature control box on the wall or lay it flat on a shelf, and connect the wires properly.

2. Suspend the water pump in a large bucket and fill it with sufficient water. The pipe connected to the water pump is the inlet pipe, which is connected to the inlet pipe on the machine. The two outlet pipes of the machine should be placed 5 centimeters above the water surface. The plug of the water pump should be plugged into the socket on the right side of the temperature control box.

 

Operating Steps

Before hot pressing the PU PVC conveyor belt:

Lay a layer of Teflon heat-resistant cloth on the lower steel plate, and then lay the finger punched PU PVC conveyor belt joint (already glued with an air gun) flat on the hot press machine, with the joint placed on the center line of the template. To ensure even heating on both sides of the wiring. After the belt that needs to be connected is laid flat, add a small piece of the same thickness of belt waste on both sides to prevent the melted PU PVC raw material from overflowing, causing the edge of the connected belt to become thinner.

2. Lay another sheet of Teflon heat-resistant cloth on the belt. The function of Teflon is to not bond with melted PU PVC, resist high temperature, transfer heat quickly, and receive heat evenly.

3. Cover the upper steel plate and tighten the black snap rings at both ends to ensure that the upper and lower steel plates are tightly fastened. Adjust the pressure gauge to 1-1.5 MPa.

4. Turn on the power switch. Set the target temperature, cooling temperature (usually set to 60 degrees), and temperature preserve time. When the temperature rises to the setting temperature, the temperature control box will stop heating and switch to heating preserve state. After the cooking time, the water pump will start pumping water to cool the machine. When it drops to the cooling temperature, the entire temperature control box will automatically power off. Wait for about 10 minutes at this time to allow the machine to continue cooling.

 

During Hot pressing the PU PVC conveyor belt :

1. Do not interfere with the hot pressing template during the heating process, please keep the voltage stable.

After hot pressing the PU PVC conveyor belt :

1. After the entire temperature control box is powered off, turn on the machine after 5 to 10 minutes to ensure the best belt connection effect. Open the black snap rings at both ends and remove the upper template; Slowly roll up the Teflon heat-resistant cloth.

2. Splitting the belt: Add a plastic backing plate commonly used for cutting below the belt to prevent scratching the Teflon and steel plates underneath during cutting.

 

Machine maintenance:

1. When installing a new water cooled hot press machine, it is necessary to align the air pipe with the two inlet pipes and blow a few times, and then align the air pipe with the two outlet pipes to blow out impurities in the water pipe.

2. When cutting the pu pvc conveyor belt, add a plastic gasket that is often used for cutting below the belt to prevent scratching the Teflon and steel plate underneath during cutting.

3. The water pumped by the pump should be kept clean and free of impurities, and it is best to suspend the pump in the water.

4. After using the water cooled hot press machine for a period of time, if it is found that the cooling is slow or unable to cool down, it is necessary to check whether the water pipe is blocked. At this time, you can use a gas pipe to blow a few times into the water pipe, and the process is the same as mentioned in the first article.

 

Safety precautions:

1. When turning on the water cooled hot joint machine power, use a test pen to test whether the body is live. If it is live, identify the leaking power source and eliminate it.

2. When the water pump starts to draw water and cool down, there will be a strong heat vapor at the outlet.
