Industrial Belt

Conveyor belts can generally be divided into light duty conveyor belts and heavy duty conveyor belts. Light conveyor belts are generally made of PVC/PU/silicone materials combined with industrial fabrics. These materials are relatively light, well-designed, moderately colored, lightweight and durable, and are generally used in industries such as electronics, logistics, food, packaging, entertainment, tobacco, wood, and stone.

The material of the heavy duty conveyor belt is rubber, which has characteristics such as tropical resistance, wear-resistant belt, burn resistance belt, oil resistance belt, alkali resistance belt, alkali resistance belt, tropical resistance belt, and cold resistance belt. Mainly used for transporting heavy solid materials in various mining, metallurgical, steel, coal, hydropower, building materials, chemical, grain and other enterprises. The conveyor belt adopts multi-layer adhesive cotton canvas as the skeleton, and the surface is covered with high-performance rubber material, which is then vulcanized to complete the production.

A timing belt is a endless belt made of steel wire rope or fiberglass as a strong layer, covered with PU, PVC or rubber materials. The inner circumference of the belt is made into a toothed shape to mesh with the toothed belt wheel. It combines the advantages of belt transmission, chain transmission and gear transmission. When rotating, the power is transmitted by meshing the belt teeth with the tooth slots of the wheel. The transmission ratio is accurate, the force on the shaft is small, the structure is compact, oil resistant, wear resistant and anti-aging.

Generally used in various types of mechanical transmissions in various industries such as textiles, machine tools, tobacco, communication cables, light industry, chemical industry, metallurgy, instrumentation, food, mining, petroleum, and automobiles.

Trangle-belt, also known as V-belt, is the product with the largest production, most varieties, and most wide applications in the transmission belt. It is mainly composed of four parts: wrapping cloth, top glue, tensile body, and bottom glue.

It has four major characteristics:

1. The structure is simple, the manufacturing and installation accuracy requirements are not high, and the use and maintenance are convenient. The triangular belt is suitable for situations with a large center distance between two axes;

2. Smooth transmission, low noise, and buffering and vibration absorption effect;

When overloaded, the conveyor belt will slip on the pulley, which can prevent damage to weak parts and provide safety protection.

The flat belt belongs to the flat high-speed transmission belt, usually with a nylon base layer in the middle, covered with materials such as rubber/cowhide fiber cloth on the surface, and the belt thickness is usually between 0.8mm-6mm.

The flat belt is suitable for occasions with compact transmission mechanisms, high linear speeds, and large speed ratios. For example, in industries such as cigarettes, range hoods, paper making, printing, textile machinery, HVAC equipment, metal equipment, vending equipment, and military industry.

The round belt is mainly composed of PU material, known as polyurethane round belt or detachable round belt. It has high strength and elasticity, and its weather resistance is also excellent. Due to the fact that the production of circular tapes only requires simple modification of the formula to obtain different physical properties such as density, elasticity, and rigidity, they are widely used. Circular tapes are generally used in packaging machines, printing machines, textile machines, transmission wheels, ceramic tiles, cement bricks, floor tiles, food, wooden products, canned goods, newspapers, printed goods, etc.
