The main connection methods of conveyor belt include: cold adhesive joint method, hot vulcanization joint method, belt buckle joint method and rubber clip joint method.

Cold adhesive head method of conveyor belt:

Belt buckle joint method:

The belt buckle is divided into butterfly buckle, wolf tooth buckle,wire fastener, zipper buckle, etc. The required buckle is manually added to the two ends of the conveyor belt, and then fixed with steel wire and other tools to make it become a ring. The advantage is cheap and convenient to use. The disadvantage is that it is easy to disconnect, leak materials, pollute the environment, affect the beauty, and the connection is unstable, affecting the service life of the conveying equipment.

Rubber clip joint method:

Rubber clip joint is also known as conveyor belt joint sleeve. It is to insert the tension layer of the conveyor belt into the rubber groove sleeve and fasten it with screws. It is divided into adhesive type and non-adhesive type. The price is relatively high compared with the belt buckle, and the advantages are simple operation, convenient storage, no downtime, stable connection, and no leakage of materials.
