V Guide Welding Machine
Bayrich V guide welding Machine is using for welding V guide (Profile) on the face or back side of the conveyor belt.
There are two main functions of the conveyor belt welding with V guide. One is to prevent the conveyor belt from running sideways, and the other is to use it as positioning on the bearing surface.
When the V guide is welded to the contact surface of the carrier roller of the conveyor belt, the effect is to make the conveyor belt run accurately, prevent it from running away after a long time, and thus protect the long-term use of the conveyor belt.
When the V guide bar is welded to the load surface of the conveyor belt, it is mainly to prevent the material fall down from rolling. The conveyor belt with V guide bar is mainly used in some food processing, such as egg conveyor belt.
