Operating Steps

 

Standard voltage 380V, 3-phase or 220V single-phase optional

 

Removing the edge guard

 

Use a 19mm wrench to remove the side baffle

Adjusting the blade distance distance

Select the appropriate gasket combination according to the width of the belt cutting (note: circular cutting should be added)

The blade is two millimeters thick, and then follow the previous disassembly steps to install the side baffle

Confirm size

Use a ruler to measure and confirm if you need the required size and length

Placing the belt

Place the belt under the machine on a circular rod and secure it without running off the edge

Stable belt

Measure the belt from the inside of the roller and place it on the platform,

Rising nylon roller

Raise the nylon roller and hold the belt in place to secure it.

Fixed by the edge

Secure to the side to avoid belt deviation during subsequent operations

Anti roll edge guard

Align the anti roll edge with the blade locking screw to prevent the belt from rolling up during operation

Press the foot switch to start working

Gently press your hand on the belt to prevent it from bulging (note: do not place your hand too close to the blade to prevent injury)
