1.Before using the flat belt joint machine, please check whether the parts of the machine are in good condition. Then turn on the power supply according to machine voltage。

The red and green lights on the machine will light up after the power is switched on.

At this time, the flat belt joint machine starts to heat up.

When the temperature rises to 95 ~105℃(about 5 mins), the green light turned on.

(the temperature can be adjusted according to different needs of users).

2. Gently place the flat belt on the working panel of the joint machine,

cover the upper pressure plate, and fix it with bolts.

3. Wait for the green lights on (Normally About 10mins)

*The time required for thermal bonding is based on the requirements of the adhesive used by the user .

4. Plug out the electric power and wait the joint machine cooled down.

5. Removed the flat belt after heat bonding and curing, the bonding of the belt is completed.

*.Temperature Adjustment of the Welding Machine, there is a small hole at the bottom of the machine with a screw inside, which is rotated by a screwdriver to adjust the

temperature.Clockwise is cooling, counterclockwise is heating.The temperature of the new machine is adjusted between 95~105 C, in general,

users do not need to adjust the temperature themselves.

Attention

1.Flat belt joint machine shall not be directly pressed and heated without prior heating.

2.Flat belt joint machine needs to be kept properly and collision is strictly prohibited. If there is a serious collision, the temperature needs to be readjusted.

3. After work, it is necessary to keep clean, the power cord can not be damaged, the joint machine must be grounded and kept dry
