Ply Separator
Bayrich Ply Separator is a tool used to cut between the plies of the conveyor belt before belt splice preparation. This is helpful when preparing finger-over-finger splices and stepped splices, and for recessing mechanical fasteners.
For the conveyor belt with a thickness of more than 3mm, the heat is not easy to enter the inside of the conveyor belt, which will cause the glue to not melt well. The resulting conveyor belt is not firm. So here you will need a ply separator for separate the belts.
With one handle you can determine the depth you want to split the belt. It is possible to split every layer of the belt and in this way generate two or 3 separations within one belt.

Bayrich Ply separator has been tested successfully with different belt type. However, this is no guarantee for good results. Fabricating belts does require the operator to master skills and have a certain lever of craftsmanship. Results also depend on good practice, material composition and sharpness of the blade.
Machine Detail
The conveyor belt layerer includes the main body of the layerer, in which there are two transmission rollers, both of which are equipped with eccentric adjustment shafts, which are divided into upper adjustment shaft and lower adjustment shaft.
One side of the ply separator main body is equipped with upper support cover and lower support cover, and the other side is equipped with adjusting cylinder and adjusting arm.
The cylinder body of the adjusting cylinder is hinged on the main body of the separator machine, and the output rod of the adjusting cylinder is hinged with a connecting block, One end of the up-regulating shaft is fixed with the connecting block, and the other end is hinged on the upper support cover.
The up-regulating shaft is driven to rotate by controlling the telescopic output rod. The lower support cover is equipped with a shaft end lifting adjustment device. One end of the down-regulating shaft is set on the shaft end lifting adjustment device, and the other end is fixedly connected with the adjusting arm.
The down-regulating shaft is driven to rotate by controlling the rotation of the adjusting arm, The parallelism of the down-regulating shaft and the layering blade is controlled by the shaft end lifting adjustment device. The above layering machine is easy to operate, high in processing efficiency, high in accuracy and good in layering effect.
