Treatment of slipping of conveyor belt and drum

We often encounter slippage of conveyor belt and drum. What is the reason? How can we improve the conveying efficiency?
1. Clean the belt and drive pulley, increase the center moment and tension.
2. Check the head wheel and tail wheel, and replace them with rubber wrapping roller.
3. Select patterned conveyor belt to increase the friction between belt body and drum.
4. If the conveyor is long, hydraulic tensioning device can be used to tension the conveyor belt.
5. Increasing the speed has a serious impact on the life of the belt. This is not recommended. It is suggested that under the premise that the belt tension is not ideal, the angle of the belt conveyor is relatively large, and the angle wrap pulley is added to the driving pulley to solve the problem of slipping effectively.
6. Under the condition that the conveying effect can be guaranteed, try to reduce the rotating speed to reduce the loss. The direct result of lime sprinkling is that the belt is seriously worn. The best way is to increase the center distance and expand the roller diameter.
