Several main causes of conveyor belt tearing

The main reasons for conveyor belt tearing are:
1) Belt tear caused by impurities in conveying materials. Impurities in conveying materials for coal port, the main is that the quality of coal is not good, large lump coal in raw coal and various impurities, such as iron, wood rods, about 70-80% tear, so to ensure the quality of coal source is the key to prevent tear.
2) Belt tear caused by improper installation of auxiliary equipment of belt conveyor. There are many auxiliary equipment of belt conveyor, lining plate falling, sharp iron adsorbed by iron remover, improper installation of cleaner, etc., may cause tearing and scraping of conveyor belt. Ordinary conveyor belt has no transverse protection structure, which can not prevent tearing.
3) Belt tearing caused by imperfect structure of belt conveyor. Because the structure of the belt conveyor is not perfect, the blanking point of the conveyor belt is large, the relative speed of impurities in the coal flow is large, the impact is large, and the sharp and hard ultra-long impurities are easy to insert into the conveyor belt at the blanking point, causing the conveyor belt to tear.
4) Conveyor belt tearing caused by material blocking. Switching chute is small, easy to prevent material and impurities through the conveyor belt tear.
5) Deviation of conveyor belt causes edge pulling.
6) Return with coal roll, etc. In addition, the aging of conveyor belt joint edge glue makes the conveyor belt core layer water, causing corrosion and extraction of steel rope, which will also cause tearing.
