Flat Belt Press Machine

Product Operation and Use
1. Before using the Bayrich flat belt press machine, first check whether all parts of the machine are in good condition, and then turn on the power according to the voltage shown on the nameplate of the machine. At this time, the signal red light and green light immediately light up, and the machine panel begins to heat up. When the temperature rises to 95-105 degrees, the green light goes out (the temperature can be adjusted as needed).
2. Coat the polished belt with adhesive, and try to apply it twice. The bonding effect is better. The two times must be dried, pinched and gently placed on the machine panel. There are supports for fixing the belt on both sides of machine. Press the belt tightly with supports, cover the upper pressing plate, tighten with bolts, and remove it after heat sealing, cooling and curing. The belt will be bonded.
3. For temperature regulation, there is a small hole at the bottom of the fuselage with a screw head inside. Rotate it with a slotted screwdriver. Clockwise is for cooling and counterclockwise is for heating. When the new machine leaves the factory, the temperature is set between 95-105 degrees. Generally, users do not need to adjust the temperature by themselves.
4. The hot connection time is generally 20-30min (according to the thickness of the belt).
