How to solve the belt conveyor drum failure and degumming? The main reasons for the belt conveyor drum brake failure are: whether the air pressure is abnormal, and whether the air pipe is leaking or blocked; Whether the brake pad is damaged; Whether the brake discs on both sides of the drum are damaged; Check whether there is any fault in the brake switch system, so that the brake command is not transmitted smoothly; Whether the power transmission system blocks the power in time; For band friction braking, check whether the friction band is loose or the friction coefficient is reduced, and adjust or replace it. Belt conveyor drum degumming: too small wrap angle and too small friction coefficient lead to the rubber surface degumming of the drum. According to the belt slip analysis, the smaller the wrap angle of the drum, the smaller the friction coefficient, the greater the minimum tension of the belt deviation point, and the easier the belt idler will slip. During the design, the wrap angle between the drum and the conveyor belt should be appropriately increased. During the production process, the mixture of water and materials should be avoided from adhering to the conveyor belt as much as possible to reduce the friction coefficient. The belt tension is too small to cause the rubber surface of the belt pulley to degumme. For belt conveyors that are tensioned with a heavy hammer, the problem can be solved by adding the counterweight of the heavy hammer until it does not slip. However, it should be noted that too much should not be added to prevent the belt from unnecessary excessive tension and reduce the service life of the belt; The belt of belt conveyor using screw tensioning device and hydraulic tensioning device slips, and the tension can be increased by adjusting the tensioning stroke. However, sometimes the tensioning stroke is not enough, and the belt has permanent deformation. At this time, a section of the belt can be cut off and then vulcanized again. The failure of the sweeper leads to the degumming of the drum. The sweeper is used to clean the materials adhered to the conveyor belt. The failure of the function of the sweeper will cause the materials adhered on the conveyor belt to enter between the drum and the conveyor belt, causing the wear between the material particles and the conveyor belt, causing the rubber surface of the drum to deglue, and reducing the service life of the conveyor belt.
