Bayrich manual finger puncher for thick belt is also designed to punch fingers on the ends of lightweight conveyor plies as a preparation for making finger splices. But compare with previous manual finger puncher, this one have better performance on hard belt such as PVK belt.

- For thicker belt, belt thickness up to 9mm.
- For hard belt like PVK and PU.
- Punch die + blade type punching method. More durable than the cutting plate type manual finger puncher and reduces the frequency of replacing accessories.
- Track positioning method is more accurate and not easy to be misplaced.

Machine Detail
The industrial belt finger punching machine is a new type of manual finger puncher, which specifically relates to a conveyor belt mechanical cutting used for making a finger joint of the conveyor belt.
The utility model comprises an organic base, an upper plate installed on the base, a cutter press device that can move the cutter holder up and down, and a rebound device that can make the cutter holder rebound.
The lower part of the cutter press device is connected with a cutter holder, the blade is installed on the cutter holder, the lower part of the cutter holder is provided with a sliding seat that slides along the guide rail on the base, and the sliding seat is movably connected with a lead screw fixed on the base.
Because the guide rail of the mechanical tooth beater of the conveyor belt ensures the accuracy of tooth opening of the toothed joint. The tool holder of the manual finger punching machine of the conveyor belt is fixed on the tool holder by bolts, which makes the tool change convenient and fast. When the handle rotates 90° and is in the horizontal position, the tool holder is just at the bottom dead center, effectively preventing the tool from being damaged due to too deep cutting, making the process of adjusting the tool height convenient and simple.

Mechanical turning handle -- flexible movement, with the lower gear, the card position is precise and will not shift.
Mechanical gear movement, stable stroke. The standard is 10mm *(10mm means finger distance 10*50, 10*60, 10*70). If you need 20mm or 15mm etc, pls contact us.
Toothed rack - there is a circular roller under the punching head, turn the upper handle, the roller will be stuck in the groove of the racked rack, the circular roller, rack and gear are all to ensure the accuracy of the card position and the precision of the finger. -- Any problem, We can show you more video.
