Machine Detail

The guide strip gear opening machine comprises a frame, a feeding idler, a gear opening assembly, a receiving idler and a control box. The feeding idler and the receiving idler are respectively arranged at both ends of the frame. The gear opening assembly is arranged on the frame between the feeding idler and the receiving idler. The gear opening assembly comprises a base plate and a guide strip mold set on the base plate. The guide strip mold can be detachably set with a guide strip core. The guide strip mold is provided with a guide strip pressing block above the guide strip mold core, The base plate is equipped with a tooth-opening cylinder on one side of the guide bar mold. The piston rod of the tooth-opening cylinder can be disassembled and installed with a punching knife. When the guide bar passes through the guide bar mold core, the tooth-opening cylinder drives the punching knife to move in the direction close to the guide bar to open the teeth on the guide bar. The control box is electrically connected with the tooth-opening cylinder. The guide bar gear opening machine has compact structure and ingenious design.
