V Guide Notching Machine
Bayrich V-Guide Notching Machine is a CNC-controlled automatic device designed for notching V-guide profiles (guide strips) used on PVC and PU conveyor belts. Notched V-guides are essential for conveyor systems that require precise belt tracking around small-diameter pulleys. The notching process creates evenly spaced teeth along the guide strip, allowing it to flex around pulleys without cracking or delaminating — a critical requirement that solid (unnotched) guides cannot meet.

▎ Notching Process Flow
1. Load the V-guide strip roll onto the roller feed device.
2. Thread the guide strip through the feed mechanism to the notching position.
3. Set parameters on the CNC panel: feed speed, tooth pitch, and total notching length.
4. Install the matching die for the guide size (K6–K22).
5. Press START - the machine automatically feeds, notches, and advances the strip.
6. After notching is complete, cut the finished strip and proceed to belt welding.
