How to use the clipper roller lacer?

1.Cut both ends of the conveyor belt that needs to be connected .

2.Adjust the knob on the machine head to ensure that the gap between the two pressure wheels is bigger than the V-shaped opening of the fastener. Move the machine head to the right to keep space for installing the fastener

3. According to the fastener model, insert the corresponding template into the installation slot of the roller lacer, and lock the baffles at both ends of the template to prevent movement during fastening.

4. Insert the fastener into the hole of the template and then insert the string pin into the center of the template.

5. Thread the binding surface of the conveyor belt through the clamping plate and feed it into the V-shaped opening of the fastener, then flip down the clamping handle to press and position the conveyor belt.

6. Move the machine head to the conveyor belt for binding, rotate the adjustment button to press the press wheel against the V-shaped opening of the fastener. Move the machine head multiple times until the entire fastener is flattened onto the conveyor belt.

Attention: The adjustment of each pressing wheel should be adjusted by turning the knob half a circle for the best binding effect.

Maintenance and keep of the clipper Roller lacer

It's a relatively sophisticated mechanical equipment, and strengthening maintenance and maintenance has a decisive impact on its service life.

1. When moving, please handle it with care to avoid deformation of the rack.

2. Before the machine is used, the half-circle groove on the guide rail and the working surface of the pressure roller should be kept clean to ensure that the binding is lighter and smoother.

3. After each work, the body should be wiped clean, put back in the packing box, and stored in a dry place.

4. Heavy objects are not allowed to pile up on the guide rail to prevent the parts from being deformed and affecting the use.
