If the belt conveyor is not used for a long time, it needs to be stored and disassembled. What problems should be solved during disassembly? The belt conveyor used in the production process is not used every day. It is often used to switch positions or move indoors after a period of time. At this time, the bucket elevator equipment needs to be removed. How to carry out orderly disassembly work, and how to ensure that "up and down installation" does not affect the normal use of the equipment.
When using belt conveyor, the first thing to pay attention to is sex. Before the belt conveyor, the person in charge must make a plan according to the installation plan, and write a written regulation on the disassembly, installation, sequence and placement of the new location. The operator needs to remove the equipment orderly according to the requirements in 1. Warning signs shall be placed around the equipment to prevent objects from falling and unintentional injury to others. Of course, there are still many problems to pay attention to when using the belt conveyor.
How to install the belt conveyor:
(1) Position the base at the installation position, adjust the level with the upper flange surface of the base, and tighten the fixing nut. According to the process design requirements, install the barrel from bottom to top and use the plumb line. Straighten and install the handpiece.
(2) It shall be ensured that there is no obvious misalignment gap on each pair of flange faces. 2mm thick self-adhesive foam pad or asbestos rubber pad can be placed between flange faces to ensure good sealing.
(3) Correct the upper axis to make it horizontal and correct the upper and lower axes so that their axes are in the same vertical plane.
(4) Install the bucket on the bucket belt, and pre-drill the bolt hole connected with the bucket at the end of the bucket belt (when the bucket belt is installed at the rear joint, drill the bolt hole at the other end).
(5) Open the top cover, put both ends of the bucket into the bucket from the machine head, one end around the lower wheel, and connect the bucket belt at the inspection window. The direction of the bucket with joints should follow the direction of the bucket belt.
(6) Add enough lubricant to each bearing.
