1. During transportation and storage, the conveyor belt should be kept clean, avoid direct sunlight, rain and snow, prevent contact with acid, alkali, oil, organic solution and other substances that affect the quality of rubber, and keep away from the heat source for 1 meter.

2. During storage, the temperature in the warehouse should be kept between - 15 ℃ and+40 ℃, and the relative humidity should be kept between 50% and 80%.

3. During storage, the conveyor belt shall be placed in rolls and shall not be folded. During storage, it shall be turned once a quarter.

4. The conveying speed of the conveyor belt shall not be greater than 5.0 m/s, and the low speed shall be adopted as far as possible when transporting materials with large block size and high abrasion and when using the fixed plough-type unloading device. If the specified speed is exceeded, the service life of the tape will be affected.

5. The relationship between the diameter of the transmission drum of the conveyor and the layout of the conveyor belt, the matching of the transmission drum and the requirements for the groove angle of the idler should be reasonably selected according to the design provisions of the conveyor.

6. In order to reduce the impact and wear of the material on the disclosure, the feeding direction should follow the running direction of the belt; The drop of materials falling onto the belt should be minimized; The feeding port shall be away from the drum or the upper part of the idler; The belt receiving section shall shorten the roll spacing and take buffering measures. In order to prevent the belt from being scratched, the contact part between the retaining device, scraper cleaning device and unloading device and the belt should be made of rubber plate with appropriate hardness, and the belt head with cloth layer should not be used.

Pay attention to the following items when using the conveyor belt:

A To prevent the idler from being covered by materials, which will cause the rotation to be inflexible, prevent the material leakage from getting stuck between the roller and the belt, pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part, but do not pollute the belt.

B Try to avoid starting with load.

C If the belt deviates, take measures to correct it in time.

D. In case of local damage to the tape, repair it in time to avoid expansion.

E Prevent the tape from being blocked by the frame, pillar or block material, and prevent it from breaking and tearing.

Joint strength retention rate:

(1) Mechanical method: the buckle connection is equivalent to 28% - 45% of the conveyor belt's own strength.

(2) Natural cold bonding method: bonding with cold adhesive is equivalent to 40% - 55% of the strength of the conveyor belt.

(3) Thermal vulcanization method: mechanical thermal vulcanization bonding is equivalent to 60% - 80% of the strength of the conveyor belt itself.
