Function introduction of each department:
Pre-milling: Use double milling cutters to re-modify the ripple marks, burrs or non-vertical phenomena caused by the panel saw\cutting saw to achieve a better edge banding effect. It makes the bonding between the edge strip and the board more closely, and the integrity and aesthetics are better.
Glue-coated edge banding: Through a special structure, the glue on both sides of the edge banding board and edge banding material is evenly applied to ensure a stronger adhesion.
Head-to-toe: Through precise linear guide rail movement, the automatic tracking of the profile and the fast cutting structure of high-frequency and high-speed motors are used to ensure the smoothness of the cut surface.
Intensive trimming: automatic tracking of profiling and high-frequency high-speed motor structure are adopted to ensure the smoothness of the upper and lower parts of the trimmed board. It is used to repair excess edge banding material on the upper and lower sides of the edge banding strip of the processed board. The finishing knife is an R-shaped knife. It is mainly used for PVC and acrylic edge banding of panel furniture, preferably with a thickness of 0.8mm or more.
Edge scraping: It is used to eliminate the ripple marks caused by the cutting process of non-linear motion of trimming, so that the upper and lower parts of the plate are smoother and tidier.
Polishing: Clean the processed plate with a cotton polishing wheel, and polish the edge end surface more smoothly.
Slotting: It is used for direct grooving of wardrobe side panels, bottom panels, etc., which is more convenient and quicker to reduce the process of panel sawing; it can also be used for grooving aluminum edge of door panels.
