1. The cause of the timing belt itself. After a long period of operation, the tension of the synchronous belt core wire continues to weaken, resulting in aging and inconsistencies in left and right tension. In this case, the timing belt can be replaced; if the tension of the inner and outer timing belts is inconsistent, the position of the inner and outer timing belts can be replaced. When the deviation is not serious, the problem can be solved with the assistance of the guide wheel and the retaining ring of the tensioning wheel.
2. The cause of the guide wheel or tensioner. When the synchronous belt deviates, the direction of the deviation is which direction to run.
After long-term work of the machine, under the action of the tension of the timing belt, it should be said that the guide wheel and the tension wheel have worn to varying degrees, and even the guide wheel frame and the tension wheel frame are deformed (inwardly deformed). This wear and deformation is not easily observed with the naked eye. At this time, it can be solved by adding gaskets. The specific method is:
(1) Tensioner frame foot gasket method. The gasket can be made of tinplate or galvanized tinplate, etc., and the thickness can be selected according to specific needs. When the synchronous belt deviates inward, it means that the inner tension is too high, and gaskets of the same thickness can be added to both sides of the upper part.
(2) Guide wheel frame foot gasket method. Use a socket wrench to loosen the anchor screws fixing the guide wheel frame, and add gaskets on both sides of the lower part. The thickness of the gaskets should be selected according to the adjustment needs, but the thickness should be consistent.
The above two methods have their own characteristics: the first method is more troublesome when debugging. On the one hand, the tension wheel is at the bottom, and it is inconvenient to tighten the anchor screws; Spring, the effect of debugging is not very ideal. Although the second method is convenient for debugging, its adjustment sensitivity is too high, that is to say, it is very sensitive to the thickness of the gasket, and it needs repeated debugging. It is recommended to use a combination of the two methods to solve the problem, so that the effect will be better.
