Transmission Belt Finger Puncher
Bayrich transmission belt finger puncher is a device for preparing (die-cutting) of transmission belts and spindle tapes.
As we all know, the flat transmission belt series has polyester flat belt, Nylon sheet base belt, leather belt, etc. The flat belt series processing processes include: cutting and slitting, grinding (lapping joint), finger punching finger joint), adhesive connection and other processes to form an endless belt for use.
For finger joint belt, a finger cutter is basic tool to cut fingers before hot press splicing work.

How to work
1. This small finger punching machine is particularly suited for preparing power transmission belts and spindle tapes.
2. It is well suitable for on-site preparation but also works well for small- to medium-sized fabrication in the workshop.

Machine Detail
1. The belt is securely clamped on a movable carriage.
2. This carriage is positioned in steps of 10 mm under a die-cutting head.
3. The die-cutting head with two knife blades is then actuated with an eccentric lever,
4. Providing enough force to cut even the strongest Armid fabrics with ease.
5. The fingers are cut step by step, ensuring the most precise geometry of the cut and therefore optimum tensile strength of the resulting joint.
